Altered Book

For Christmas this year, I did an altered book scrapbook for my parents of their grandkids. I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out, though I realize I should have picked a bigger book to begin with. It won't lay flat. That's okay though; they were still very pleased with it.

Rather than post a huge amount of pictures here, I'll link to my Facebook photo album. It's set so that only my FB friends can see it, but if someone who is not a friend would like to look, leave a comment here and I'll make it public.

A HUGE Thank You to McKenzie!

I have been meaning to change this to family pictures ever since Damien was born. It had our wedding pictures in it before now and even though I love our wedding pictures, I am sick of looking at myself all of the time. We needed to get our cute boy in the picture. McKenzie was so patient and went out of her way to not only take 1 but 2 photo shoots for us so that we could get enough pictures. Thank you SO much Kenzie. They are so beautiful. You did an amazing job.

So even though this isn't a crafty project, it is still in of its self a project.

Christmas Quilt

My mother in law asked me to make a quilt for my sister in law for Christmas. She has a old baby quilt that she sleeps with that is on it's last leg. So it is still a surprise, but I don't think any of you will show it to them ;) A HUGE thank you to my Mom, Grandma Jacque, and Sister Clark for helping me quilt it.
